So, I managed to slightly redeem myself with a really good first session at kick boxing. The only familiar face that was there was Darcy, the instructor. But, this class seems to have a little bit more of a serious tone overall. We started with three intense rounds of skipping for 2 minutes, punctuated with one minute of sit-ups. Then we did some stretching and went over the basic kicks and punches again. I was even impressed with my injured finger since it was only a little sore, but mostly just stiff.
