Sun Run Training - Week 3





So in this week's graph it looks like I've plateaued a bit. This week in general was just a bit of a wash for me. I want a do-over! I did a bit of weight training this week and my legs were so tired that I didn't do my full run today. My km/hr is a bit higher, but in general the run felt terrible. Plus, I still have kickboxing to do today! Hopefully I'll feel better after that!

P.S. Sorry about lack of posts this week. Just haven't felt much like blogging. But, I probably should since I think it keeps me slightly more sane in the long-run.
