Online Fitness Program

Ok, so I must give a nod to lifehacker for this one. They posted a link to an online fitness program. It's pretty much a personal trainer on your computer. The website is called hyperstrike and I just signed up. You pick which days you train and select which kind of exercise you're going to do (strength or cardio) and then it gives you some exercises. You can also pick your basic goals. There's also an exercise reporting function which I'm interested to try out.

I'm excited about this mostly because I feel as though I haven't been able to transition to a new house, new wake up times, new schedule, etc. that includes fitness. I haven't really been able to settle into anything regular and I miss that. So, I'm hoping that signing up will be the fire under my butt to get me started on something regular again. Hopefully it'll work!
