Ever since yesterday it has felt like someone inflated a balloon inside my head. It doesn't really hurt, but I feel pressure. It's like I need to make my ears pop, but all the yawning and chewing action isn't helping at all. At first I thought it was just having to walk in the wind with my ears uncovered. However, it persisted all last night (probably contributed to my insomnia) and is still here this morning. I'm hoping it's not an infection or anything like that. Tonight (if I remember) I'll try to just clean out my ears with a nice soothing oil flush and see if that helps them at all.
