Italian Dinner in Brief

The dinner last night was wonderful! Great food and great friends! The new soup recipe turned out very well. I can definitely see making that one in the future. Tomorrow I'll have a bit of free time while Lance is moving one of our insurance. So, one of the things I will do is upload the pictures and blog some of them. I may even upgrade my flickr account and upload them all there, but I should probably spend some serious time studying for my next CAIB exam.

Now is when I have to confess a slightly odd habit I have about email. Whenever I get an email about a specific event, I have to keep it until the event is over. Even when it was just part of our discussion about what type of food to serve or someone making a random comment that isn't relevant to the dinner activities themselves, I have to keep it until the event is over. So, for a while my inbox has been hovering around the 30 email mark with all the dinner emails that had bounced around. I just finished cleaning it out though, and I'm down to 8. It feels good!

. . .

. . .

. . .

I know . . . I'm weird.

Wow, it must be genetic . . . I do the same thing! And damn it feels good to delete all the e-mails when the event is over! Yet another sign that we really are sisters, Ethel Petunia!

Ok well, I'm a sister too - I always do this (although I'm not as good about deleting them when the event is over)...

So, did you get many trick-or-treaters today? My total: zero!
