Sun Run Training - Week 8 or 9

So, when I got back on track with the Sun Run training, I actually started out a week behind where I should have. I realized that this week and combined the training sessions of Week 8, which was a rest week, and Week 9, which was a normal training week. Next week I'll be doing Week 10, which is really getting into longer runs (40-65 minutes). I was startled by that big jump from Tuesday of this week. Hopefully, that'll be my performance on Sun Run day!
