Well, it looks like I managed to fix the layout for now. Not sure if this will be the final position for everything or if I'll add/subtract certain things. I may also play with the colours a bit. What seems to have done the trick was saving my changes before I previewed any of them. Or, it could be that I'm working with IE instead of Firefox because I'm at work.
